The Education Commission organised a seminar on Mindfulness on 13th September. The programme was organised by Sr. Malar Joseph, Educational Coordinator, and Sr. Clara D’Souza, Counsellor-in-Charge.
Resource Persons:
Mrs. Shobha and Mrs. Meera from Slokha Devya Trust led the session and elaborated on the importance of mindfulness in daily life. They explained how mindfulness helps us to remain present in the moment, become more aware of our thoughts and emotions, manage stress, and respond to challenging situations with greater calm and clarity. The session also highlighted the importance of self-awareness, emotional balance, positive thinking, and healthy coping strategies for personal well-being and harmonious relationships.
